Fighter History:
I had heard snippets about foam fighting from different friends around where I live. I guess that there were two realms right near me (Dunharrow and Wildwood (Wildwood sort of faded out)) and I thought it was cool. I didn't give it much thought till I got to Illinois State and was walking around on the Quad Day they had with all the clubs advertising and I got an oppertunity to fight one of the folks there (Sir Morpheus) and I immiedietly was hooked. Went to the practice that night, attended most of the practices that I could, and was eventually beat into Wolfpack (running the gauntlet). Now, its just an ongoing saga...
As a student, I have to homes- one in the lands of Wolfpack and the other in the realm of Dunharrow. At the moment, I find myself a Dunharrowian and pending if I go back to Illinois State University, I may be a Dunharrowian for a while. But it's all good.
I was promoted to Guard of Clan of the Hydra at Armageddon 2008, much to the approval of those in Wolfpack that knew about it. I'm quite happy about it, and I think I found a unit that truly fits me.

History:
Porthos Of The Wolfpack
Years of seclusion and isolation from his "fellow" students led one scholarly boy to adapt to the way of the book. Isolating himself in the libraries of his native land, he learned and his intellect grew. Having a strong love for his family, especially those of his greater elders, he grew in the ways of the mind and became a scholar. His friends were few and far between, with manyfold acquaintances of no bearing. As he progressed in his life and entered each instution of learning, his friends multiplied until the loney scholar that entered school at a tender young age was a gregarious fellow.
In his spare time, he revelled in the creation of his own world, a utopia of sorts that delighted the God-complex in him. He named it Ravensheim and it became a refuge of thought for him, a distraction of sorts. It grew and grew until it burst forth from the parchment that he had enscribed it upon and took it's place in the real world.
He entered the University in his home province and began his studies in the politics of his nation. Wandering around, he found a fellow group of fighting scholars and joined with them.
While silent around new people, he is gregarious around his friends and acqua{mosimage}{mosimage}ntences- a loud bombastic fellow with a level head and level heart. He enjoys the finer things in life, and nothing pleases him more than a good meal and hearty drink.

My parents are divorced, so I'm at home in Elk Grove just as much as I am in Carpentersville or Bloomington-Normal.

Umm...I went to Jacobs High School in Algonquin (Class of 2007), and then went to this thing called "college" at Illinois State University (Class of 2011). I hope to go to law school at the University of Chicago, but I may go to Valparaiso or University of Illinois- it's in the future, first I gotta get through ISU.
Family History:
I'm German, Italian, and Danish. The amounts I'm hazy on, but I know I have a fair amount of German in me from my mothers side and a fair amount of Italian from my dad's. The Danish is more residual from my grandma.
My parents are divorced, with my mom remarried for 13 or 14 years now.

I like to consider myself an intellectual. I love the medieval aspect of this game as much as I do hitting folks with foam weapons.
Pretty much anything that I can excercise my mind on- so weapons, the Book of War, History, anything.
