Accessibility

Our accessibility coordinator for this event will be Journeyman Squire Nea. You can connect directly on Facebook/Discord or by emailing bod@belegarth.com with any questions or concerns about accessibility and accommodations at Armageddon. Nea will be happy to connect you directly with the relevant event or site staff to address your concern OR can act as a liaison to ensure that your needs are met. We understand that advocating for yourself constantly can be difficult and frustrating, and we want to make sure we offer the appropriate support for your individual situation.

In addition, we would like to share the following general accessibility guidelines and reminders:

This is an outdoor event which will take place mostly on uneven ground, such as grass or gravel. There will be alcohol consumption at the event. Most areas of the event site will not be well lit during the night.

The General Store and the bathrooms are accessible via ramps, and there is a large, accessible stall in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms. Attendees are encouraged to use the bathroom and shower facilities that best match their gender identity.

Service animals are, of course, welcome at this event. As a reminder for attendees: please do not attempt to interact with a service animal as you may distract them from their important work. Harassment of service animals will be handled to the same standard as harassment of event staff. If you see a service animal alone, without their human, please FOLLOW them.
